This pocket folder and inserts was a logistical challenge. The client requested a unique way to present sales sheets, floor plans and contracts. Thus, I created a folder with a central die-cut realing the custom artwork which we purchsed not only for the marketing materials, but to hang in the sales center. The back of each sheet contains relevant content.
